Dutech Holdings Limited of China acquired the entire share capital of krauth technology GmbH

Dutech Holdings Limited acquired 100% of the shares in Krauth technology GmbH from Nussbaum Group. With this acquisition, Dutech expands its product portfolio and strengthens its position in the public transport sector. Krauth technology has been given a further boost to expand its strategic position through the new structures. Nussbaum Group sold its subsidiary in line with the concentration on core activities.
